Architectural Visualization

Architectural Visualization

A realistic 3D architectural visualization for real estate increases the chances in sales and competition. By means of 3D rendering, building projects can already be visualized, although they are still in planning or in the process of construction or reconstruction. Your existing technical drawings, such as floor plans and facade plans, can be used for the 3D conversion.

Single and multi-family houses

With our realistic 3D architectural visualizations, your plans become visually tangible. Whether for developers, real estate agencies or architects, we realize exterior visualizations of real estate that are convincing in competition and marketing. The output of the architectural renderings can be done in different perspectives, weather situations and times of day.

  • Examples

Single and multi-family houses, night views, street views, construction boards ...

High-quality and photorealistic interior renderings evoke more emotions than a classic floor plan. Thus, the interior visualizations can be used for marketing purposes, as inspiration or for virtual tours even before the property is completed - also as 360° view for a full tour.

  • Examples

Living room, bedroom, children's room, virtual tours ...

Commercial real estate

An architectural visualization is also perfectly suitable for your commercial real estate. Not only for planned new buildings but also for already existing architecture in order to realistically visualize planned extensions, conversions or expansions. We are happy to create your desired real estate visualization with all details.

  • Examples

New buildings, remodeling, interior design, commercial, industrial ...

Future & Feasibility

3D renderings for future scenarios and feasibility studies create a visual realistic impression that has never existed before. Whether for urban mobility, research & development or simulations - we enable your future-oriented architectural visualization and bring it to life.

What does CGI and 3D mean for architectural visualizations?

CGI stands for Computer Generated Imagery , i.e. German computer-generated imagery. Animations, visualizations and effects are rendered using special software. This technology is called CGI . Here it depends primarily on the experience of the 3D artist and “craftsmanship”. However, we also use the latest artificial intelligence technologies in order to achieve the best possible result for you.

On the other hand, 3D rendering is the final result, i.e. the image calculated by the computer.

3D rendering, on the other hand, refers to the final result, i.e. the image calculated by the computer.

At what point is a 3D architectural visualization worthwhile?

A 3D real estate visualization creates a first visual impression of a building, which is e.g. in planning or not yet completed. With a photorealistic exterior visualization, marketing measures (e.g. exposé, images for rental platforms, investors, construction boards) can be implemented in advance.

The 3D model, i.e. the "digital twin", also opens up further interactive possibilities in 3D, such as interior views or 360° tours.

What does a 3D real estate visualization cost?

The costs are always individual and depend on the project effort and the desired quality. The complexity and quality of the input files for the project have an impact on the time required. We give a little insight into the cost structure in our blog post "What may a 3D rendering cost? “

How long does it take to implement an architectural rendering?

The time required always depends on the complexity of the visualization, the quality and completeness of the data and whether objects still need to be individually modeled in 3D (e.g. neighboring buildings, surrounding details). We are very familiar with productions on schedule and, if desired, we can create a schedule with milestones at the start of the project.

In the context of framework agreements or permanent production pipelines, even shorter lead times are possible.

CAD data and floor plans are already available - can these be used for an architectural visualization?

As a rule, we can process all common CAD formats such as STEP, SAT, DWG, and IPT. Of course, we take existing CAD files into account when preparing a quote, as they reduce the basic 3D modeling effort. For more insights, check out our blog post:

„Was sind CAD-Dateien und wie können diese für Visualisierungen genutzt werden?“

How does the implementation of a real estate visualization with Studio 2038 proceed?

Before the start of the project, you will meet your personal project manager to clarify any final questions about the project. In the background, we already start the project planning and the team is briefed internally. Our specialized 3D artists then start with the implementation. In joint coordination, the 3D visualization is optimized - including two correction loops, if necessary.

With our tools, we make the joint collaboration comfortable for all parties involved. After approval, we deliver the final data in the desired resolution and archive all project data for possible follow-up orders.
